At Josie Kleinitz Photography & Fine Art, we strive to ensure that your orders arrive safely and promptly. Please read the following information to understand our shipping processes.
Processing Time
All artworks are printed and/or framed to order, which may take up to 2 weeks before your order is shipped. This timeline ensures that your artwork is carefully crafted with the highest quality materials. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to stock availability.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Times
Domestic Orders (within Australia): Shipping typically takes between 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
International Orders: Shipping times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10–21 business days. Please note that international shipping may take longer during peak times or due to customs processing.
Please understand that delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may be subject to delays outside of our control, such as during peak seasons, customs delays, or natural disasters.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. If you do not receive tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other levies that may be imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the price of the product or shipping and are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you are aware of the customs policies in your country before placing an order.
Lost or Missing Orders
Once an order has been dispatched, Josie Kleinitz Photography & Fine Art is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier. If your order goes missing, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will assist you in locating the package, but responsibility for lost or damaged packages lies with the carrier once the item has been dispatched.
